Avocado oil for hair

No wonder this magic tool is considered the "elixir of beauty." After all, it is suitable for solving any problem with your hair. According to cosmetologists, such masks are especially shown to the fair sex, who often visit pools or like to spend time in the water park.

Such a mask will do everything necessary with curls so that they always please their owner with their beauty and healthy look. The result will be good in any case, unless, of course, it did not come to baldness.

In the first case, take as much of the product as needed for the entire length of the hair, and begin to massage the hair in a circle until all the hair is soaked with the composition. Leave the oil on the head for 20 minutes, and then wash it off using regular shampoo.

Another option is simpler: when you are going to wash your hair, add some avocado oil to your shampoo (no more than 6 drops). Do this with every shampooing, and the effect will also be obvious - the hair will gain extra shine and attractiveness.

There are certain rules for the use of such masks:

1. This mask, as well as any other mask, should be prepared immediately before applying it. This is not the case when the mask can be prepared in advance and stored, for example, in the refrigerator.
2. The mask should be applied to the hair in a slightly warmed condition and it should be treated with hair from roots to the tips.
3. The mask is always applied only on a freshly washed and slightly dried head.
4. When the mask is applied to the hair, the head should be insulated. To do this, a regular polyethylene bag or cap that you take in the shower will do. You should also put a thick terry towel on top of the bag, and this should always be done when a mask is applied to the hair.
5. Each recipe indicates the time that the mask should be on the curls, and it can not be broken. It is strongly not recommended to leave the composition on the hair at night - so you can only harm your hair.
6. Do not use a hair dryer after the mask - your hair should dry on its own.
7. Repeat this procedure is recommended no more than a week.

It will take 2 tbsp. spoons of the main product (avocado oil) and olive oil (unrefined) - 1 tbsp. spoon. In the resulting mixture, you must add rosemary essential oil (not more than 4 drops). Next, beat one chicken yolk and finally mix everything.

This mixture is suitable for solving problems with a fat type of scalp. Kefir (2 tablespoons), the same amount of the main product and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of liquid honey are mixed and applied to slightly damp hair. After lightly massaging your head, take a comb and carefully comb your hair, and at their ends also with your palms hold the mask to soak all the tips. Warm up your head and after 30 minutes, the entire composition of the head gently rinse in warm water with your favorite shampoo.

1 tbsp. spoon of the main product is mixed with 1 tbsp. spoon of burdock oil, plus no more than 5 drops of some essential oil (for example, jojoba). The finished composition is applied on the head and rubbed, gently massaging, then scalp distribute all hair and insulate the head. After 40 minutes, the mask should be washed off in warm water with regular shampoo.

The benefits of such a mixture is obvious. If you take it as a rule to use this mask regularly, you will not only get rid of split curls, but in principle your hair will no longer be so brittle.

You will need avocado oil (2 tbsp. Spoons), olive oil - the same amount, beat oil (1 tbsp. Spoon) and necessarily liquid vitamins A and E (each with 5 drops). All mix and apply the resulting composition at the beginning on the ends of the hair, and after about 5 minutes - already on all the hair (it is more convenient to do it just with the palms). In this case, with a warmed head should be kept for 1 hour, and then proceed with shampooing.

The coat can restore health and a beautiful view also by such an exotic procedure. Hot wraps are an amazing procedure, which is not only able to restore damaged hair structure, but also to laminate them.

To cope with this problem, take pottery and mix in it avocado oil (15 g) and corn or olive oil (10 g). Heat the mixture on a pair and gently apply to the hair, massaging the head with your fingers. The mixture should cover completely all the curls, and especially abundantly moisten the split ends with it.

At the end of the massage, warm your head with a towel dipped in hot water and wrung out, or you can simply put on a shower cap and go sit in the steam room (if there is such an opportunity). Half an hour is enough for this, and then gently rinse the composition in warm water, using shampoo for damaged curls.

Contraindications in this case relate to those people who have an individual intolerance to the product. And to find out whether there will be an allergic reaction can only be experienced, causing a little product on the inside of the elbow. If there is no redness or irritation, it means that everything is in order and procedures with avocado oil are not contraindicated to you.
