The answer is very simple - it is compression clothing!

Compression clothing - what is it?

Novice athletes often heard about clothing, which reduces the risk of damage to blood vessels during strength and lengthy training. Indeed, during exercise, not only muscles, but also the blood circulatory system, and dilation of the veins and arteries can lead to serious consequences. Doctors do not in vain recommend that people who are engaged in weightlifting or standing work wear compression stockings or leggings.

But let us go back to the sources and recall the very concept of compression, or in other words, compression. After all, it is on this principle that this wonder clothes work. Compresses parts of the human body, not allowing the veins and arteries to increase in volume.

When “pumping” a certain muscle group, the vessels that permeate the human body expand to conduct a greater blood flow. In this state, the walls of the veins can change their shape and become curved, which can lead to the development of varicose veins and other equally terrible diseases. Compression clothing does not allow the vessels to reach such a state by straightening them, and stops the development of ailments if they have already taken root.

There are four categories of "compression". However, only the first category can be purchased freely in pharmacies, other types can be obtained only by prescription.
